The World Molecular Imaging Congress
Yasuhisa Fujibayashi, Secretary General of the Federation of Asian Societies for Molecular imaging (FASMI), was officially charged by the World Molecular Imaging Congress 2008 (WMIC-2008) Steering Committee to spearhead the search and evaluation of candidate sites for the WMIC-2010 in Asia.

At the reception we formally announced the founding of FASMI and gave an overview of the goals and directions of FASMI's development and government. After these formalities, a light buffet and hosted bar were provided for all participants.
